This is Nicoletta, the orange princess from:
The love for Three Oranges by Serge Prokofiev
"The Prince and Truffaldino journey through the desert to find the Three Oranges. Disobeying Chelio's warning to open the oranges only near water, the thirsty Truffaldino cuts one of them open. Out of the orange steps a princess, who promptly dies of thirst. Truffaldino opens the second orange, only to witness the same tragedy with a second princess. The Prince awakens and opens the third orange, containing the lovely Princess Ninetta, with whom he instantly falls in love. "

This is stunning. I like how the scene has been composed and how the light is working on the model.

Anyway, I love this piece, it's very beautiful, the composition reminds me of a Miró painting!
Also, the colours are very nice, is their any filter or colour editing?

Au hasard d'une rue, une nuit
Je poursuit les ombres qui s'égarent
Ô grotesque songe qu'est la vie.
